Landed in DPC? Now at least you need around Rm1.7 mil for a intermediate unit. sweat.gif Condo also at least Rm1.1 million and above.

Actually its a good time to buy now if got the money. There are more 'motivated' sellers as some are hit hard economically already. No 'dead chicken' for sure lar but at least its abit lower priced already. For DPC for sure very less chance because all props there mostly dominated by the cash rich 'Chinaman'.

few below mkt price deals were done...sold by the other "group" not the ppl u mentioned above smile.gif. They normally not so savvy on this and minority in dpc.

Adora can get 1.4m for undesirable unit.

Nadia T2 maybe can get 1.6m. T4 dun dream.

Southlake amelia nothin below 1.4m

tat adora unit has not been occupied since vped. smile.gif keke....cheap unit sure ada reason lol. amelia already fly till cannot see (dunno why lol. maybe bcoz chua soi lek's son n familu as resident kekeke).

Chua cd is not the factor. It's mainly bcos of low maintenance. Gd response leads to higher price.

For Adora there are 2000Sq Feet units and 1000++ Sq Feet units. Starts from Rm1mil up. I wonder how the 1000+Sq feet unit looks like. 1 Floor or what? I have only been to the 2000 Sq Feet ones. Moreover Adora is like town houses. Parking not directly in the house. A bit not conventional design type.

Never heard of Rainbow village though. Nadia and southlake now all rm1.7 above. Never see any lower priced ones as mentioned by bro ManutdGiggs.

skinny pig...portion a bit small..food ok..wont say great. well..different ppls different taste. another japanese restaurant opened today....not those usual names...could be authentic...maybe next week.

I finally stepped into this place. Die pain pain the owners, at least for the next few years. Faraday should be called Farfarday.

The concept is new in M'sia. Looks neither here nor there. Feels like Bugis Junction yet, so high end. Big courtyard supposed to hold events, now put synchronised fountain for kids and another what not fountain. The execution looks like half-measured.

the event place is a big let down....with the stupid big fountain sitting there
after Lee cabut....PPC is sleeping....no promotion of the place....nothing at all

Only noticed the UNO restaurant and one Japanese restaurant open. Also some signs pointing to some kind of sports warehouse sales place.

Basement parking is open - and it's free!

This is a good place for a Ben's Independent Grocer. Maxvalu not high end enough for DPC.
