Unfortunately the breezeway landed props' layout is horrible.

Visited quite number of units there.. landed. Didnt go for condo units. The layout is just not practical and the kitchen is horribly small... yeah the split level make it just impossible for oldie to stay. Condo cum parkhome concept....personally dont really like it especially as an landed owner. Density n hard to control tenant n need to use the facilities at the condo.....however i saw condo unit with good occupancy.. based on thr night light. With arcadia is due to open in near future... condo could be highly sought there for tenant... ownstayers may not.

I think the soho units ll be occupied quickly by office used.

Ambulance was stuck n couldnt get out. Many uncivilised drivers there last night. By right, some cars can squeeze to northshore entrance there to give way or go straight toward zenia direction so ambulance can get out. Too bad...dpc didnt have good traffic officers to do the job n guide these ppls.

The drivers can if they willing to instead go out but detour towards zenia as the road toward there ..that lane has no car. Unfortunately, all wan to go out dpc n not willing to sacrific their time for the patient in the ambulance who maybe will lose his or her life becoz of this.

Diff play..diff type of inveators. It ll take sometimes for commercial to be up. Everyone jus wait for anchor tenant to open first.

One eatery opened..corner unit..saw piggy picture..maybe sometjing on pork..could be wrong..

cimb will not move to Arcadia..they ll stay at waterfront. Rumours the rental at arcadia too expensive so they decided to stay instead. but few banks are moving there. saw few reno there, laser n skin clinic beside the skinny pig uno.

skinny pig...portion a bit small..food ok..wont say great. well..different ppls different taste. another japanese restaurant opened today....not those usual names...could be authentic...maybe next week.

every biz owners are waiting for village grocer to open first. then crowds ll come. waiting game. make no sense to open now.

arcadia jus so slow...guess everyone is waiting for the opening of anchor tenants.....it must have few big one there to entice others...or else it ll be slow lile hell as it is not leased by developers but already sold to ind buyers.
