Ambulance was stuck n couldnt get out. Many uncivilised drivers there last night. By right, some cars can squeeze to northshore entrance there to give way or go straight toward zenia direction so ambulance can get out. Too bad...dpc didnt have good traffic officers to do the job n guide these ppls.

cimb will not move to Arcadia..they ll stay at waterfront. Rumours the rental at arcadia too expensive so they decided to stay instead. but few banks are moving there. saw few reno there, laser n skin clinic beside the skinny pig uno.

arcadia jus so slow...guess everyone is waiting for the opening of anchor tenants.....it must have few big one there to entice others...or else it ll be slow lile hell as it is not leased by developers but already sold to ind buyers.
