safer than putting aggressive cleaner...which might get stuck in the wipers inflicted lines...which cause blurred vision later

i forgot one compound that is used in polishing after new paint jobs are applied. you can try that. very effective and last longer. but you have to use force on it, mix with water once it dries and buff off with wet cloth as it will dried up if left for a long time.

edit - or you can try this that requires longer time but very effective and more detail.

what is the price of a metallic maroon paint with mirror finish? the gloss on my wira is kinda blurred.

Order online from US. There isn't any local distributor and only available from grey importers who doesn't get stock on a regular basis. A good alternative would be Duragloss (duragloss.com.my). Their shampoo to me is on par with the Optimum Car Wash. Their spray wax is quite good but not as durable as Optimum. Their no rinse wash is quite decent but at the same dilution their cleaning power is slightly weaker compared to ONR.

LOL... I'm not really a hardcore user of their products. Only bought a few like their shampoo, APC, AIO and glass polish (crappy stuff),

My bad, checked the Optimum website and KC is listed as an authorized distributor. Perhaps they haven't gone big with product retailing yet and that could be explain their shortage of detailing supplies for sale. Looking forward for them to carry the full range of Optimum stuff in the future thumbup.gif

The longest lasting tyre dressing I've tried so far, Meguiars Endurance Tyre Gel. Applied it a week ago and the picture below was taken after washing the car this morning, still looking very good. The car did over 500km in between. Tyres and rims was cleaned with only a wool mitt and leftover shampoo from washing the car.

Price per bottle might look a bit pricey at RM50+ but you only need very little and only need to reapply every 2-3 weeks, 4 if not much rain and don't travel long distance. I usually apply 3 coats with 5 minutes drying time in between. I bought my bottle over a year ago and only used half!
