I just found out that the roof is made out of metal decking. Won't it be hot since it's made out of metal, and also noisy when it rains?

Are you sure metal decking at the top of it? it is like factory already, impossible, and based on the brochure is roof tiles

normal roof is using wood as support, and top with clay tiles.
below the tiles then there will be gypsium board or plaster ceiling.
this is cheaper, subject to water leak and theft.

phase 1 is with concrete slab of ceiling-
this cost a lot more. it has a layer of metal deck( cw thrust) to be more eye pleasing and less hot.
