I went to the sales office.. VERY NICE FACADE DESIGN! Like E&O style, English Charm. Perennia is a type of flower.
How can Phase 2 sold out or selling bad? Haven't even launch yet.
I like the single entry for 24' X 80'. Highly possible to do G&G. G&G is the key for appreciation.
Denai has similar design like Phase 2 but selling at RM900K subsale!! Mahal gila! HAIZZZ! definitely phase 2 is a good buy!
But my dilemma is still the same.. stay in Rimbayu or Denai Alam? haizzz!

heard Dijaya will have something next to rimbayu. Any news beside it will be more expensive than rimbayu?

Landed is still much sought after.. Even new condos are selling over RM600 per sq ft. So technically landed around like KK, AI, BR is still selling at RM300 plus psqft is still affordable.
I wonder why so many ppl want stay in a new township like BR or AI, where KK is already so much more mature.

I was told phase 1. Rooms tiles are 1'X 1'. But lhase 2 is 2' X 2'. Better, i guss all included with the price tag.
Like denai alam secondary DSH is at RM850k. All wooden laminated flooring. Its under warranty from 3-5 yrs.

No issue on fencing from buyers because buyer was asked to signed consent when they purchase. If buyer refuse to sign; BR don't sell to that buyer. very POWDERFUL one!
Just worry about the State government; always implementing new rules on guarded community.
