I was told phase1 first floor tiles is 16×16 but phase2 is 24×24 . Ground floor all phases is 24×24 lar

Yes. Ijm should give timber flooring since price so high. Dun tell us easy maintaince but save more cost

Checked with SCB mortgage and they said it is normal for all under construction development whereby borrower can not fully settled the loan before 100% load disbursement. But, they also said seller usually have to wait until 80% completion then only next buyer able to get loan for subsales. The new buyer S&P also effective only after VP.

Any comments?

Ijm staff told me yesterday end of sep. Seems like delay frm early sep.
I saw still many end lot and corner units unsold. Is it too expensive?

Legal fees for loan depends on loan amount. So, u got to know ur loan amount b4 comparing others. Legal fees discount usually ard 35%. The rest will be the disbursement charges. How much ur loan amount, lochness?

I calculated I got to pay +80k interest to hold 3 years after full drawdown to avoid RPGT. SO, do u think still can make good profit after 2+3 years? Can 700k+ sell at 900k for rimbayu?
