Guys,
Any1 paid Loan Legal Fees(all in) and MOT? The Lawyer charge me around 8800 for Loan Legal Fees and around 15000 for MOT. Is it this much? Can we bargain for discount.

Is it true tht the MOT payment can be delayed but hv to be paid before loan drawdown? Is it diff for strata title type property like condo?

I calculated I got to pay +80k interest to hold 3 years after full drawdown to avoid RPGT. SO, do u think still can make good profit after 2+3 years? Can 700k+ sell at 900k for rimbayu?

For this Rimbayu project, they have a master chargee, RHB bank ur financier have to redeem the property first than only you make payment for MOT to ur Spa sol.
