jenjarom is not that big, quite a few of these collecting sites are just behind canal.

My main concern for the whole tonsip is situated on flat land and near klang, miles and miles of kelapa sawit trees...should be vely hot

I went to view the VP units as well, Type B is abit weird on the courtyard area to renovate compare to Type A. I think those buy during pre-sale time lose on the loan interest as developer selling at launch price atm due to too many unsold unit.
Last I heard is only a few biji left unsold.

Well, they v pandai in doing the pricing. Unit facing certain direction is more exp, units nearby got facilities or park I think also more exp.
But up till now I still puzzle why Wisteria which is selling about the same price as Periwinkle pick up rate is better even though one is linkhouse and latter is semi D cluster.

I dunt think they will lower to $850k, if 850k will be v tempting to get 1 biji.

yesterday agent contact me to view unit facing open space but near to surau. nett price offer 833k.
i guess non-bumi will avoid unit near to surau.

I view that unit before, its not a proper surau. Its tent build and with mini speaker so I guess I still can accept this.

Does matter if it is just a plain field. Speaker itself is a deal breaker.
