Since you already made up your mind. What is still bothering you? Just go for it. It is for your own stay. You got nothing to lose and what key component you need to consider since distance is not an issue here?

From what I can see from your attitude here, you will need more time to consider and end of the day, you are going to buy subsale simply because those previous deal no longer exist by the time you keen to make a move.

Those bumi buy and sell back to chinesr can pocket handsome profit. Just imagine 50k different.

I dont know how to invest in this game. For bumi, you should buy 2 units. One for own stay and one for invest.
