FYI, during MAPEX last week SA said phase 3 is CLuster Semi-D with 32X70 lot size.

bro. phase 2 i went to sales gallery they said mostly taken up by non bumi. take up rate is up to 70%...atleast... now maybe more than that i guess..

the one which so called 'show village', a source from my side said it will be tear down sooner or later. thats why Abang Night said it's hollow when knocking the wall.. hopefully the show house still can tahan when it opens for public this month.. LOL

was thinking christmas or CNY will there have any events for public at the arc?? it would be looks something different with the Arc there. curious~~~

IMHO hor...this is next to a very mature township with cash rich ppl staying( i guess)...either parents themselves or their next generation...will they interested with the new neighbour pojek?? with lotza more commercial areas than K.K???

i hv a feeling that they will turn that area connect with their club house after the show unit tear down. as u see from their master plan. might be build a full fledge club house after ....maybe 3-5 years later?? (maintenance cost concern gua)

oh yeah~ that means d full fledge Club house will be only available earliest by 3 year from now oh~~

a source from ma side said their neighbour, will have full fledge club house completed together with phase 1 neh~~ which is about 2-3 years from now. which means there are 2 big township with their own full fledge club house ready after 3 years from now... huhu
