To my knowledge it's first come first serve, so I suppose there might be a queue of people who have booked appointment before you.

Could the admin add me to the closed facebook group ?

Open questions to the owners, any idea which broadband service provider is readily available ? (Maxis/TM/Time)

Thought come to my mind, if any owners willing to "share" the broadband, we could split the cost and provide this additional offering to our tenants. My unit is located in Block B, mid level, we can figure out the signal strength part if there is any interested parties and we are within range.

Thank you.

Approved.

Any others can just PM me with your FB name. There are too many sales agent, business owner (tuition centre), cyberjaya students, even bangla contractor..etc wanted to join. So screening process is not straight forward.

bro you apply liao? i ask mgmt office and they told me just fill up the application form and someone from Time will collect it from them.

i did email Time customer support that we can apply either business/personal package. when i check their website, its only show business coverage.

Decided to check on the prices of Hyve apartments and its alarming. Last few weeks the average price of a 450sq/f on sale is 300k.

Now its 280k.

I don't mean Hyve is bad, but which prop u see price going up at this time? It's the same everywhere la.

And this is newly handover, many ppl selling at same time. So expect some price war if really need to urgently offload.

You guys can google and check. Thing it's the same realtor trying to sell from 300k and now its down to 280k.

Maybe Hyve is trying to offload the ones that didn't sell.
