Here is a new development by KimLun Corporation Bhd. They are a contractor venturing into their first property development. At record speed too.There is one project that they finished within a year, a sizable apartment project. About 1,000 units if I am not wrong. |

actually they are not a "first time" developer. they are based in Johor and have developed properties like Austin Regency (i bought a unit there), Indah Heights etc etc.
I might be interested in this development, but as i'm from Johor, i have no idea how the Cyberjaya market is like. Any kind souls care to share? Stuff like surroundings, shopping malls, transport etc would be really helpful info.

They were a contractor for many projects but as for development this is their first. |

On top of a mini hill slope  Are there any shops there? |
