Just collected keys and inspected my tiny unit today. For less than RM200k I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the unit. Far exceeded my expectation. Laterally ZERO defect. Daikin ac, kitchen cabinet, Elba hood and hob...what more can I ask for? Now looking for tenant....

U are lucky.. mine the front door and toilet door crack and spoilt. The toilet plaster ceilling crack and can collapse anytime.. hopefully they already fix as i will go check again this weekend.
