Any others can just PM me with your FB name. There are too many sales agent, business owner (tuition centre), cyberjaya students, even bangla contractor..etc wanted to join. So screening process is not straight forward.

bro you apply liao? i ask mgmt office and they told me just fill up the application form and someone from Time will collect it from them.

i did email Time customer support that we can apply either business/personal package. when i check their website, its only show business coverage.

Yup, the home package is valid for Hyve . Went for the cheapest 100mbps for 149/month .

Expect installation in next 2 weeks.

Could the admin add me to the closed facebook group ?

Open questions to the owners, any idea which broadband service provider is readily available ? (Maxis/TM/Time)

Thought come to my mind, if any owners willing to "share" the broadband, we could split the cost and provide this additional offering to our tenants. My unit is located in Block B, mid level, we can figure out the signal strength part if there is any interested parties and we are within range.

Thank you.

you can apply TIME at management office.

for me it's a good place to stay, shaftsbury is walking distance, lots of makan2 place there.
accessibility also good, you don't have to go through traffic light to get in/out of that place.

You guys can google and check. Thing it's the same realtor trying to sell from 300k and now its down to 280k.

Maybe Hyve is trying to offload the ones that didn't sell.

Hopefully it's Agent tactic only... Bullshit if Developer lower down pricing bcoz just wanna clear stock.. Haihzz.. Gona 2 month edi, vacant percentage still freaking low... Cybersquare more than us edi..

The carpark ramp is seriously a pain in the arse. Why cant they just let us drive on the left of the ramp. I have to do 3-point turn every single time i use the ramp. A bit frustrating.
