QUOTE(MakeYouHappy @ Nov 21 2014, 11:56 AM) Just been to Jaya Grocer in D'Pulze yesterday. It was surprisingly not expensive given its standard. Great variety of imported stuffs, the upmarket feel, reasonable pricing. Personally I think it is an excellent addition to Cyberjaya. No point for me to go Isetan or BIG now as they are now pretty far way from me. it will be great if the price are wise enough.. anyway, how many % of the shop in dpulze are in operation?as i knew most of the shop at LG shop are open, what about the other level... when it will be fully operation?

QUOTE(Princezz @ Oct 15 2015, 04:21 PM) I think Hyve's location is good compared with many others. It is next to Shaftbury. I love the makan places there. At RM270k, it is still cheaper than Shaftbury condo which is just next door. I bought an unit in Block A, 450sf for my daughter who is studying in MMU, for her to rest in between lectures. What? Buy a unit at hyve and study at MMU? I thought if hyve kirby is the better choice... Anyway, tamarind will be better choice if study at MMU.. My POV only...

QUOTE(echothreealpha @ Sep 3 2016, 06:07 PM) You guys can google and check. Thing it's the same realtor trying to sell from 300k and now its down to 280k. Maybe Hyve is trying to offload the ones that didn't sell. meaning this year, price property price drop sbout 10%, pain for the existing buyer...

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Dec 31 2016, 06:01 AM) Actually its from the day/date u paid 10% deposit and signed the spa...a respobsible developer will have a spa date printed on all doc when u go and sign spa. Not the spa date or stamp date. If this case, the bank can release your loan once you sign the spa and you start paying interest? or have to wait for the spa to get stamp and then only bank release the loan and then only you start paying interest?
