Decided to check on the prices of Hyve apartments and its alarming. Last few weeks the average price of a 450sq/f on sale is 300k.
Now its 280k. |

You guys can google and check. Thing it's the same realtor trying to sell from 300k and now its down to 280k.
Maybe Hyve is trying to offload the ones that didn't sell. |
