i'm worried about low quality of tenants living in Hyve purely because there are plenty of studio units (480sqft), such that mostly is for student or foreigners stay purposes. there's also the influence from shaftsbury square and cybersquare too.

QUOTE(agentv @ Jul 30 2013, 08:03 PM) I'm very disappointed with Kim Lun. I booked a unit of type A & just before signing the S&P, I noticed the sliding door was missing! It was shown in the show unit but now Kim Lun is finding all sorts of excuse not to honour the promises. I wonder if anyone else besides me notice this besides me? which unit type is this? |

QUOTE(mister_lau @ Aug 30 2015, 09:18 AM) You can demand as high as you want as long as there's people willing to pay you for it, otherwise it's just looking nice on paper for shiok sendiri. Apology if my words are too blatant and direct, I do not mean to insult anyone. It is just the current nature of things right now, people should be more realistic when it comes to investment. This post has been edited by j45on: Aug 30 2015, 12:27 PM |

QUOTE(Lcsx @ Sep 22 2015, 09:03 AM) 1. Long term rental growth. Don't talk about 1 year. But the likelihood of rental after 5-10 years will be higher than now. Opinions can tell if someone is a long term or short term investor. Does not matter whether its for own stay or not.2. The installments you pay actually goes to interest and principal. The principal amount goes into your account and you actually get it back/lowers interest cost. 3. Gotta put Capital/Property appreciation in the equation. If you cover interest and gain 20% in property price after 3 years, why not? This post has been edited by j45on: Sep 23 2015, 02:19 PM |

Let's not touch on the family affairs of other people, it is their personal wishes to provide the best for their loving child. Let's get back to topic.
