i drive sedan, i don't have to do that. just make sure you drive at right angle to make the turn biggrin.gif
yes a bit inconvenience at first, but after awhile you already know how to tackle it.

do you managed get into the whatsapp group?

i have 2 units that developer need to pay LAD, but they didnt calc base on SPA date but stamp date.

took 2 months to stamp it, kind of ridiculous!

Now they reluctant to pay lad

Actually its from the day/date u paid 10% deposit and signed the spa...a respobsible developer will have a spa date printed on all doc when u go and sign spa.

Not the spa date or stamp date.

If this case, the bank can release your loan once you sign the spa and you start paying interest? or have to wait for the spa to get stamp and then only bank release the loan and then only you start paying interest?

Vacant possession is calculated from the date of SPA. Supposedly the date of signing SPA is the date of SPA. You have to pay 10% upon signing of SPA, not from stamping date.
If count from stamping date, I think all developers will hold back stamping and got longer delivery time to escape LAD if any late delivery.

Im also one of the owner and in house agent for hyve, i do ask, dont have pintu cukai, just share to u, u can change your electricity from commercial to residential.
