Ya bro. Mine also around dat. I think maintenance fees is 234.5, then 23.45 is Sinking fund. Remember we oledi pay full for July, bt they start count on 26/7, so on the 4th month we consider free.

Eitherway depends on your holding power and furnishing quality. rent at rm900 or 2500 all also can jadi. Hehe.
