Hi,

Since last we spoke, there has been 2 more new firmware on Asus website for RT-N18U :

Version 3.0.0.4.380.7378
Version 3.0.0.4.380.7743

But neither shows any bug fix regarding the broken bandwidth limiter on version 7266

May I know if the bug has been fixed and on which firmware ?
Also will there be a fix be out for the KRACK issue ?

Thx
*
Hi WhitE LighteR,

Maybe you can try updating the latest firmware first and let me know if you still having problem on the Bandwidth Limiter.

As for the KRACK issue, our HQ has posted on the websites and below is the link. Will post again when got any update.

Yeah this one
https://www.celcom.com.my/personal/plans/celcom-homefibre

They seem to be have a heavily locked router, and they don't provide any setup instruction on other devices unless the device come from Celcom. I don't seem to able to find any settings.
Would be nice able to use my own asus router. Hope you able to help.

Hi CutieCompact,

Since you have an ASUS router, maybe you can try go to the LAN->IPTV, in the ISP profile, select manual setting. Put the Internet VID : 101.

After the setting see can online or not. If still cannot, try putting the DNS server as given from your image.

Thank you

If Asus can add Vlan over WiFi, I think Asus router is the most recommended and reliable router than others..

Hi @ASUSmy. I'm currently looking for a modem router that can support both streamyx and unifi as I still not sure when unifi will arrive to my area. Is that any modem router with DSL prefix will support both (https://www.asus.com/Networking/xDSL-Modem-Routers-Products/)? Or the modem router labeled ADSL/VDSL only will be supported? For now seems like DSL-AC52U is quite a good deal.

Btw I see someone reply it's supported before.

Hi FameMoon,

Beside ASUS website, will this happen on other websites?

Do try set the DNS server on the ASUS router to Google DNS to have a try.

Thank you

It happened for Asus website only.

Never mind, the problem solved by itself. I didn't do anything yet and the asus website can be surfed now.

Thanks for the assistance.

Oh. That one I know. Btw if the unifi it is FTTH, is that possible to connect asus modem router WAN port to support Unifi?
