Hi vince316,

Yes the cable able to support the 100Mbps.

I believe when you apply for 100Mbps, the TM will provide you a dual-band router?

You can click on the link below to understand more on the WiFi speed.

https://www.cnet.com/how-to/your-router-isn...t-is-heres-why/

Thank you

Of course I know they provide a router
The reason I am asking in a Asus thread is because my asus RT12HP is not hitting 100mbps on LAN connection.
Just wonder if it supports the speed. Was upgraded from 50mbps.

WPA2 is standard security protocol in WiFi, thus all manufacturer that using WPA2 security will be affected, even most expansive cisco that using WPA2 will be affected.

The only way is change to enterprise WPA that require cert to be installed will not be affected.

Not really, Asus may not be affected. Mikrotik as a typical AP aren't affected. The key is not to reuse your nonce. Mikrotik's WDS is affected, latest version has it fixed, maybe.

Here you can see who is and who is not affected. Asus is unknown at the moment.

How do we configure it? Or is it impossible on the consumer side

ASUS should be impacted ,the attack is against the key exchange handshake, not against the authentication exchange. The attack does not expose WPA2 authentication credentials such as passwords or pre-shared keys.

Hi CutieCompact,

Unfortunately me also don't know the setup yet. Are you using any of its plan now?

Seen like their call center don't know anything about this Home Fibre.

Thank you

Hi touristking,

Maybe you can try install the printer driver first on the PC before doing the printer server setup.

Thank you

On one computer, it can detect the printer but can't print.

On the other, it can't even detect the printer.

Hi megnamon,

Can you try update the firmware to the latest, do a factory reset and redo the setting.

Test the ping again after the setup.

Thank you

I couldn't find RT-AC55UHP at Asus website. Has it been replaced? What is the replacement model?

Thank you.
