Yup... its true, for laptop even if u set high performance profile... the system will try to save power whenever it can when it detects running on battery only.even on high performance alone I can only use for around 2 hours, if gaming on full performance with battery, 30min only perhaps? Ordered the laptop 1st and then SSD but end up with the SSD arriving 1st...
 
Just do some testing in case i got any DOA item...

hmm guys.. I am going to install msata to my y580..
den i install win8 pro using the upgrade on the msata.. how should i do it?.. the win8 pro update can just buy the key n dl the installer first?.. or i should install win7 on the msata 1st then only upgrade from there?.. |

Hurray... Got my Y580. But having problem using Windows 8... Currently reading tutorial guide from youtube
