Under the hot sun, open the bonnet, open the headlamp bulb cover at the back, let it dry for like 10 to 15 minutes, put back the bulb cover and try again.

If remain the same, claim warranty. biggrin.gif

thanks for the tip, anyway, I will call up the SC near my place and check whether can claim warranty or not.

I personally think that maybe ur headlight got cracked somewhere. OR problem with the sealant.

Better try this before sent to sc

1) spot any cracked (if spotted then need to replace i thnk)
2) if no crack, try to put silicon to seal the suspected area

Just my opinion smile.gif

checked, no crack. both headlamp also same.. and secondly I will call up the SC to check for warranty claim.
not going to put sealant, just in case they void my warranty..

I think will call up the SC and check for warranty claim first, just wanted to know whether the headlamp mist is a common problem with the Preve or not..

Anyone else having the same problem and claimed warranty?

Great morning everyone!

I think some of you are still in bed..holiday ma. so jeles..cos ayam working every saturday.. sad.gif

Need to propose to boss for alternate sat off la..or best of all, all sat off.. rclxm9.gif

Do you notice it is a bit hard to recline or lay down the front seats? My old wira, i just pull and lay down, fast and easy. For Preve, you need to play with the switch to get into the right position then only can push back. Or is it only my car?

Who will be the first person to post after 21st Dec 2012?

ryuken74, you can claim under warranty if you want to.
but to me if simple drying can solve the issue, I wouldn't want them to open my parts. Later if here or there scratch, tak best sudah

Inspira
Year 2008 Design
Built Quality Better - Less Defect, since is matured product
2 airbags
ABS, EBD
Higher roadtax and insurance premium
3 years warranty

Preve CFE
Year 2012 Design
There are QA issues to be rectified
4 airbags
ABS, EBD, TC and ESC
Cheaper roadtax and insurance premium
5 years warranty

I chosen Preve CFE over Inspira 2.0E few months back and never look back.

With the HU its not possible.
The only thing you can do is create custom POI file with computer to input the coordinate into the asc file and download into Preve CFE Gps

I use notepad++ to input the coordinate myself.

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Notice the gap within coordinate and words, only this format will show correctly into the CFE GPS

Input the coordinate of what you found, put into google map. Click on the arrow and click "what's here", only keep 4 decimal point for the coordinate will do.

CFE GPs format would be "Longtitude (West/East) , Latitude (North/South) "

Just follow the format will do, else u can try edit the file attached with Notepad++, to check the format.

I believe that person might be me.
You can use GPS Babel to convert Garmin Custom POI files into TomTom asc file format.
Somehow TomTom asc format isn't exactly the same as CFE GPS, need to modify a bit to fit into CFE GPS.

Need to make sure the space between coordinate follow the CFE Gps requirement.

Auto down is fine but auto up is not means your windows need recalibrating. Look at page 26, column 3 in the NOTE section of the owners manual. I have experience this, and able to recalibrate the window myself. Easy job, no tools needed.
