It's about how tough it actually is to secure a decent unit. And a condo for that matter. It points out simply 2 things1. YTL is consistent in how they treat each buyer. 1min to choose. Same for all. U can't choose within that time, please step aside coz there's other people waiting impatiently to buy. 2. 1 unit/buyer. Again, to be fair to the mass market. They don't care about selling out as fast as they can. Limit it so more people get a chance to own one. And all these haters comparing it to this and to that just makes it so laughable. Which other developer limits these so more people can buy? 99% of developers dont gove a shit other than making the most profit and selling out fastest. This ain't hype. It's a 900+ unit project. |

Happy investing I do not deny Fernnel has been a success. I just felt that it is unfair for buyers with the 1min decision thingy. This may next time set a precedence to other developers as well. In the end, it is only the buyers being taken advantage. While I understand, many would have been speculators and they don't mind whichever unit as long as it appreciates but there are bound to be some genuine buyers. Ok let us now accept the fact that this property is probably one of the best anticipated property. A lot of interested buyers. A good concept and outstanding design but lastly it doesn't guarantee a huge appreciation once it is completed. However, it does has potential in getting a big return. |
