QUOTE(Asgaard @ Nov 14 2013, 12:47 AM) You only start paying once you get the keys. Start paying after handing over??? RM 30k, and then after that, no more payment?? don't need to fulfill the remaining 20% or 30% down payment (considering if it's 80 or 70% loan that's been assigned to you)???You can look for home loan immediately after paying your RM30k deposit and booked a unit This post has been edited by T_flash: Nov 14 2013, 10:02 AM |

QUOTE(kingalfred9999 @ Nov 14 2013, 10:04 AM) Where got like one bro... prepare more bullet in the pockets la...i think most potential buyer already hit 70%LTV.. now the question is on DIBS... how much is the effective saving as compared to 90% LTV. that was my question to the reply I got....I guess it's 20 or 30% down payment after the 30k rm? and then no more installment until keys are handed over? |

So if borrowing 70%, still only need to pay up to 10% only until keys are handed over? Which is 4.5 years later?

Is it true that for foreigner to buy sub million unit, even if sign s&p agreement on Saturday, it still might be invalid because the time spand for the stamp duty or whatever it is to be done before 31/12 might be not possible to be qualified for the old 500k rule?

Allocation is at the signing of s&p? Do we get to choose? Or is it allocated already?

Seems very bizzare that YTL doesn't think about that there is a crematorium right across the road of the condo entrance.
Only want to make money I guess, see who falls into the trap. Investor don't care, but how to find subsale buyer? QUOTE(chengcheng @ Nov 18 2013, 12:12 AM) This post has been edited by T_flash: Nov 18 2013, 11:51 AM |

Is the Capers consisdered as the same profile as the Fennel? Or the Fennel is lower? Because of its high density
