Actually not only Fennel, but a few more launches this year, we had seen buyers que-ing to buy it. Bdr Rimbayu, Eco Hills, EcoSky, EcoBotanic, GEO Residences, Seri Mutiara Setia Alam, Cogan Bdr Bkt Raja Phase 1, Elmina Phase 1-3

Before this year, there were many too.

During phase 1 launch sold out 7788 oso some haters say its cowherd mentality. Now that phase 2 go up 10%, all bang balls and shut up, don't dare to talk about it anymore.

During phase 2 launch, where despite after budget announcement, people still line up from the night before with sleeping bags, each buyer limited to 1 unit only, given 1 min to choose unit, prices > 1M for units <1.2k sf, 80% solded within 1st day, oso haters find fault. Now, tell me which other condo launch has achieved similar success? Which condo launch got limit one buyer 1 unit? Which condo launch got limit 1 min to choose unit?

Comparing to other launches? Wanna compare to a Jalan Ipoh development with mega advertising effort? That now even simple thing as DIBS oso don't know got or not? Or compare to a leasehold mixed development project in Sunway with smaller build up?

actually, why need to limit 1 min to choose the unit ? Despite this fernnel has been a success, don't you think it has been unfair to the buyers ? I know some buyers felt proud of owning fernnel and with that 1 min story but it is better not to mention it. Boasting 1min story may have negative repercussion on you.

Why keep worry about got DIBS or no DIBS?

I knoe the price is factor in as a cost, in case banks unable to give, am sure YTL or any other dev would offer something rebates to compensate it, or elsd, if no, just skip n let the waiting list to buy it.

Psf wise..some of the second hand kiara condos are cheaper. Pondering if I should buy one of those instead? Is dibs the only attraction?

Design? Check.

Brand name? Check.

YTL ain't like some newbie developer with a recent sold-out launch nearby even before Fennel phase 2 launch that suddenly cancelled its DIBS and left all buyers fuming. What's the difference between a developer with a proven NAME vs Newbie hopeful with father connection? Reputation & integrity.

But newspaper said it started from 770k. But i didnt see any price tag there start from 7...all 9 ler.

The advertisement was registered for the whole project (Phase 1 + 2 + 3). So, you only can see 700k++ if you buy the Phase 1 

brick partition is cheap, all in rm20k shall be more than enough.
