The rental will be high bcos of demand....still cannot see high demand at tat area....
No international education hub, commercial not so hot, no cooperate offices, no night life, no mega mall....... just a normal resident area which is near to KL center only.....
people willing to pay the high rental bcos of nice facade???...hmmm...
