Untill now, commercial block D7 still not occupied....
There suitable for own stay, but vibrant life yet to happen at tat place..hmmm

Seem not much commericial like SS2 n night life like KL nearby....very silent ....

Compareable with Setia Sky Residences...which also high class n high density...but SSR not doing well....

Not much people wan to staying there...

The rental will be high bcos of demand....still cannot see high demand at tat area....

No international education hub, commercial not so hot, no cooperate offices, no night life, no mega mall....... just a normal resident area which is near to KL center only.....

people willing to pay the high rental bcos of nice facade???...hmmm... hmm.gif lets time to tell the truth...

Just now went to sales galery...according to SA...indicative price about 750psf...3 to 5 % discount for early bird....all units come with 1 car park but for bigget unit...15xxsf come with 2 car parks...

Hmm....about 1 mil house just come with one car park....

According to SA...yes if they got enough car park...but im sure the car park price is not cheap...

If ur unit get one car park and ur family got 2 cars...sure one of the car will park at outside...imagine how many car will park out side.....

4 blocks Fennel with 900++ units...say 450 (50%) of the cars park out side...huuuuh......iconic & high end?.....hmmmm just very doubt... blush.gif

hehe...still I choose Geo ahead Fennel....just secured my loan for Geo....

For me, leasehold or freehold for high rise is not much different...after 20 years...same bcome old building...

For investment, commercial, amenities, education hub, rental...Geo ahead Fennel..... icon_rolleyes.gif
Im long term investor...not collector...hehe
