Look like they have started the land clearance and doing the drainage system. Soon will be bring in the heavy stuff to start with the piling work!

Fennel phase 2 launch going to be another BBB for sure. Thereafter will be launching their commercial unit D2. Too bad D5 has been en bloc. If not is going to be another iconic buy.

No indicative price for fennel. But looking at the trend it should be in the range of 700ish.
