Please note the VIP invitees are allowed to buy ONE unit only. I know many came ready to buy multiple units but were not allowed by YTL today.

I am ytl repeat buyer and will humbly share my thought.
Bought tamarind 200k, sold 500k. Bought midfields 220k, sold 480k. Bought saffron 240k, sold early 460k. Bought d6 500k but stucked couldnt rent out! Bought capers 480psf and will be happy to sell 700psf upon vp. Bought fennel 660psf. Its not perfect but overall i am happy with ytl. Even if fennel is stagnant at 660psf in 4.5 yrs, i am ok with it, becoz i have been averaging up. This is probably the thoughts of many ytl supporters. When midfields 2 launch, i will go in to get 1 or 2 units regardless of pricing as long as i can get units in first block. This is because ytl always reward buyers of early blocks |

I had a look at the photos in the website. The building exterior has fins, some vertical some horizontal. These fins are big.. will they block views of the pool and landscape? Anyone familiar with this?

Same thing happened during capers.
someone said got few dropped units in the capers forum and my friend rushed there and wasted time |

I have read again the capers tread..exactly the same comments after the preview 2 years back. . Buyers say good things about the project and some others are bashing. .funny.. it always come back to the name Sentul..

Agree with minolta boss. Many people visited starhill recently thinking there are drop out units (could be based on info here) but wasted their trip.
YTL is serious about the process, even during the preview, they give same treatment to the vip buyer and own ytl staff.. you reach 60 secs and still undecided, they loudly ask you to q again. The SnP lawyer Richard was in the q too.. |

New fennel brochure specify compressed marble for living Hall, timber for room and marble for master bathroom wall and floor. . not bad

The lanai runs across the whole length of your unit. . it is either 600mm width or 1000mm, hence you have 1186 and 1237 built up for type A ..there are glass sliding doors at living and bedroom for access to the lanai..it is not wide enough to put chairs etc..it is for you to stand for smoke or view the pool and landscape park

4 blocks. Recent sold out blocks are blk A and D. Soon to be launched are blk B and C. Normally price increase 5-10%, but expect even higher for some of the units with KLCC view (pls note there are no klcc view for blk A and D)

Had a relook at the layout. The pools are hanging between 2 blocks at 5th flr ie. it is a pool 'bridge' between blocks. Wonder how they build it structurally

Those looking for lowest PSF should focus on type C two bedder about 1100sf+, block B high floor facing Genting..gut feel below 700psf for these units

North of fennel is boulevard shoplots. North of boulevard is huge land by ytl and plan is for 52storey mixed development incl. residential. Can ask ytl sales people...but launch will be few years later

If fennel price exceed 850psf, why not buy capers instead? Capers will be ready sep 2014
