if what u mentioned above is true , ytl will launch their next 2 blocks with their earlier intended price or probably higher after factoring higher material cost plus gst.

Rm650 psf is prob the lowest price for biggest unit (1554 sqft).A friend of mine bought smallest unit for 700 psf during the first launch . So if this time indicative is 750.. expect the smallest unit hovering between 800-850 psf.
