RM0 AllianceBank:Card ending xxxx charged for USD 0.62 at NETEFX on 080125@23:49. Call bank if not authorised.

Sigh. Small amount of fraud attempt but this gives me headache as I use this card a lot on daily basis, gonna be inconvenient. Just called bank and they already proceeded to block my card. Not sure how this attempt was made as I always use this card on the usual merchants.

Oh wait, I used it for Maxim e-hailing just now and it was my first ride with them. Not sure if that’s the cause.

Gotta praise Alliance for the efficiency, I got the replacement card in the mailing box today delivered to me in Seremban.

Not sure if it helps
Alliance has virtual credit card, u can create vitual card when need to use or bind single virtual card to the specific e hailing app

Their app also has main card block feature, u may block ur main card when not using, when need to use then unblock it

Yeah, aware of that and I guess I need to start using virtual credit card if I want to use it for a one-off transaction.

Usually 2 working days appear in my account (normal days). Like request monday morning, wednesday evening in already.

Except for year end, requested like 19/20 dec (cant remember) credited like 31 dec. it took them almost 2 weeks (maybe staff on leave either in Enrich or Alliance side)

just got my alliance statement today.
spent rm3098.7 shopeepaylater, 3000.34 boost,
got 48790 points.

confirm the monthly limit for 8x is not 48k points. or the point rewards system has not implemented it.

Sorry if this had been asked before. If using VI with Samsung Pay at a dining place, is it considered online, dining or contactless transaction?

I find Alliance Signature a flexible cash back card as it practically has no categories restriction.
JomPay, Insurance installment, Nirvana installment, Utilities, any retails transactions all count towards RM3k spend.

You mean if insurance auto debit also count toward 3k spend and cashback?

Hello, may I check the maximum theoretical limit one person can possibly get is:

Visa Infinite:
RM3000 (eWallet) x 8 = 24,000 TBP
RM3000 (Online) x 8 = 24,000 TBP

Virtual Card:
RM3000 (eWallet) x 8 = 24,000 TBP
RM3000 (Online) x 8 = 24,000 TBP

Visa Platinum:
RM3000 (eWallet) x 8 = 24,000 TBP
RM3000 (Online) x 8 = 24,000 TBP

Total = 24k TBP x 6 = 144k TBP per month?

Online -> Shopee or CardUp (pay loans with a fee, of course)
eWallet -> Reload lo to let's say TNG (yes, again, 1% fee) and then pay bills or loans. You can even help your family or friends pay first if you always notice they don't care about points or cashback.

Everyone's commitment is different. Spend within your means and capabilities.
