Anyone know if can increase credit limit via website?
or need to call customer service?
or need to walk in branch?
*
call the customer service, likely they will ask you to provide your latest pay slip again. if you are new member, need to wait for 6 months before you can request increase credit limit

Dont know how credit card refunds work.
tried to do a credit card payment to the virtual card number generated but system shows error account not found.

So if merchant refunds due to problem with order, will it be refunded like normal credit card?

for repayment, you have to transfer to the 16 digit credit card number that you see in the statement. you cannot use your virtual number.

if merchant refund, similarly it will go into the 16 digit credit card number.

RM0 AllianceBank:Card ending xxxx charged for USD 0.62 at NETEFX on 080125@23:49. Call bank if not authorised.

Sigh. Small amount of fraud attempt but this gives me headache as I use this card a lot on daily basis, gonna be inconvenient. Just called bank and they already proceeded to block my card. Not sure how this attempt was made as I always use this card on the usual merchants.

Oh wait, I used it for Maxim e-hailing just now and it was my first ride with them. Not sure if that’s the cause.

Finally upgraded to Visa Infinte after using Visa Gold for almost 10 years.

Approved within 2 days, and they offered me Visa Signature together with Infinite.

Seems like you've hit the 3k limit for Online and eWallet. Hence

RM3000 (eWallet) x 8 = 24,000 TBP
RM3000 (Online) x 8 = 24,000 TBP

RM0.90 (eWallet) x 1 = 0.9 TBP
RM187 (Online) x 1 = 187 TBP

24k + 24k + 0.9 + 187 = 48,187.9 TBP = 48,180 TBP (Remember that Alliance rounds down to nearest 10th).

49,502 - 48,180 = 1,322 TBP Other spendings of yours that you did not show.

Hello, may I check the maximum theoretical limit one person can possibly get is:

Visa Infinite:
RM3000 (eWallet) x 8 = 24,000 TBP
RM3000 (Online) x 8 = 24,000 TBP

Virtual Card:
RM3000 (eWallet) x 8 = 24,000 TBP
RM3000 (Online) x 8 = 24,000 TBP

Visa Platinum:
RM3000 (eWallet) x 8 = 24,000 TBP
RM3000 (Online) x 8 = 24,000 TBP

Total = 24k TBP x 6 = 144k TBP per month?

24,000 TBP is equivalent to RM40 right if claim e-voucher. That's around 1.34%
