There's a round black rubber plug at side of each door in line with door handle.
Remove that "plug".
A Philips head screw can be seen in centre of hole.

Chk if that screw is fully tightened.

Fyi mine was : 1 fully tightened BUT the other 3 were VERY LOOSE!!

I hv oledi tightened them.

Dunno, if not tightened, this cld be a source of noises from door or might cause any probs in future...

got pic or not? really dun know where it located...is it the rubber seal for the handle?

drumbrake problem seems no cure to it. some ppl comment as long as under warranty, saga users are allowed to exchange for new one foc. but the point is this not a long term solution. how abt after 3 years warranty? it the problem come once a month (conservative measure), exchange a new drumbrake + labor could cost more than RM50/100. will proton solves this problem thoroughly? i yet to own saga flx but plan to get one. if those problem remains, i had to postpone the plan. any idea abt those issues like drumbrake & dashboard sound? pls comment.

guys, can you teach me to open the cover for meter cluster. It got 2 screws but when i loosen it, pull it, still cannot open, or there is another way to open it. Cannot tahan the rattles when accelerating. thanks in advance.

Juz took pics juz 4yu...

I opened mine, all 4 not tighten also...this make me wonder is that some special reason they doing so? Anyway i tighten all 4, tested door handle open close, lock/unlock without problem, so let see.

Anyway, just share, the 3 nuts at your upper pic (screw the lock mechanism), some of it also quite loose, i tighten it also before.  

Yup, me also tested after tightening only one first.
IINM Dun think that screw does anything else except to hold door handle in place.

Re 3 screws @ lock area, mine were oledi tight.
So feel shld also not be loose. IINM they're for holding that end of lock mechanism in place there.

All these are assembly oversight items. QC guy juz looked 2C the screws were there nia!!! Nvr chk-ed tightened properly or not!!

Thanks for sharing fellas, I also found the screw inside the door loose for all 4 doors 

As for the three screws around the door latch, all were tight except for the front passanger door, where all three of them were not tightened.

what phone you using ? if iphone there is an app call Caltex Stations that can locate nearby caltex petrol station... hope this helps...

Bt the way, remove your 1st fuelly for the empty tank whilst you receive your car with empty tank, you'll get a 99.999% accurate reading instead. it doesn't make sense for 12km for 29litres of petrol. Your car is fairly good FC if you remove that 1st column.

Need to see how you actually drive before I can comment. Now I keep at 2k even during acceleration, very noticable improvement in FC, my city drive at regular 80-90kmh stretches with the occasional congestion is almost as good, if not better than my highway FC at 120kmh.

Other factors like the traffic condition and road condition also have to be taken into account, one driving style is not always suitable for all conditions.

OR, wait for your FC to improve as your engine "matures".

Actually, I see in your fuelly you get the occasional 11km/l is quite good compare to mine before the first service.

Bcoz your "averaged" is absurd compare to your regular mileage/litre. Therefore I suspect your 1st fill up kacau. Air con should remain minimal, as we found out everytime when aircon compressor kicks in, atleast 30% of the torque went support the air conditioning. Now I understand why TINT can help to save fuel Everytime kan we see advertisement from suratkhabar saying their tint helps to INCREASE HORSE POWER & SAVE PETROL?
