Financial problems. LOL.I try to increase my protein intake from breast meats/eggs on leg days cause i use my own cash on whey protein sweat.gif
And i'm not really focusing on my legs, i work them out often

should i take Glucasamine for my lower back pain and tendonitis and stack it up with my fish oil?

right now i'm just having Fish Oil ( Blackmores )

Im taking it now.. fish oil + glucosamine & chondroitin..

my elbow hurts when doing skull crusher..

what i would do is, vary your angle of performing the movement. how do you perform your skull crusher?

I do overhead DB extensions instead of skullcrushers. Much easier on the elbows.

Skull crushers are really harsh on your joints. Would advice doing other alternative exercises for triceps.

how do i perform.. hm.. 2 type.. One is elbow is at my eye level, one more top of my head, so is flat..

duno whether u understand or not..

Even now, i slightly rub my elbow, i can feel the pain.. stress haha..

I wonder anywhere I could get cheap wheys? Pure protein, I think my MyO probiotic is not really suitable for me..
I heard ON is quite good anywhere I could get them? Wanted to try something new, can intro? smile.gif

Yes, that one of them im doing.. I cant go heavy anymore.. So, i alwiz use cable and very light weight for skull crusher cry.gif
