QUOTE(alien9 @ Jul 8 2012, 03:02 PM) No wonder you aren't growing. You are doing abs exercise and no named exercises for your body part. Yes, just like what Razorboy said, do read the stickies. Read the "Pinned: BODYBUILDING AND STRENGTH PROGRAMS" and "Pinned: Tips and Tricks for Mass Gaining". Got it! Will look into that.. but i would like to know that should i take Carnitine instead of L-Carnitine? |

You can stop taking your supplements for a while now. Focus on your workout, use and follow a good diet, have a good rest then you can talk about supplements. Even you don't know what the supps are doing to you, just buying blindly because it was recommended right? So, finish whatever supps you have and use that money to buy more healthy food. |

Yes. The colour yellow actually comes from 'urobilin', a breakdown of heme (iron) in the body. Normally it came from red blood cell but I think it can also come from diet. Vitamin B2 also have yellow pigment. Also, the colour can be darker as a result of heavy workout because of body development (sweat, muscle development etc.) |

It happens when ingesting riboflavin (vit b2) in excess. Quite normal. |
