hello guys.newbie here.just bought a NT hardcore choc.surprisingly tastes good despite the bad reviews i read about it (but i drink it with HL milk though)

just want to ask 1 scoop roughly equals how many tablespoons?because the tub i bought doesnt come with a scoop?i dont know how much to put in without a 'default' scoop/spoon. i put as if a scoop is 3 tbsp just now
