By the way: you need latest 3 month pay slip, 6 month if you commission based, epf statement, latest 3 month bank statement, photocopy IC, booking form and degree / master certificate ( if you got).....

actually I am worry bcz of the 14 days time to settle S&P and my work is quite hectic, scared no time to get a good rate from bank lo

mmhhh...thats y different bank different R&R.. sometime depends your luck as well.. if good PO handle your case.. you may pass thru it also...provided your qualification just pass the guideline... If one financial background strong enough..no worries at all...

  that is more than what I am planning to do hahaha..anyway can you share with me what are the necessary document needed to apply house loan? Can I do it online because I am afraid I do not have the time to go to bank and do it

and how long would the bank normally take to response with a confirmation on the applied loan whether it is approve or not?

you need to know the lock in period ( hw much penalty if early settlement), semi-Flexi/Flexi, payback tenure, whether compulsory MRTA/MLTA...etc.....
