Yesterday visited their sales office, the studio not yet to be launch. Service Apartment with 881 Sqt is RM400/Sqf. about 352400. maintenance would be 0.30 per sqt.

on that launching day, all SA at least got 20-30 booking per person. wondering how much of commision they receive for each sale?

RM240k for 450 sq ft and and RM260-270k for 580 sq ft
