From today Star paper, Zeva can now register for preview. The price studio unit from RM188k to 320k and serviced apartment RM298k onwards. What do all the tai kos think about this project? This is cheaper than flexis@one south and location seems better than 360 which is in sri serdang. Good buy or not?

Any news when this project will launched? Spoke to SA last week and he mentioned middle of june.

Can any taiko advise for whose who already have 2 property loans, how we can get the third loan at 90% financing instead of 30% financing.

Thanks

I have already registered my interest but so far have not received news about the pre-launch. Trinity must be more professional.

Bought one unit on level 11 facing swimming pool. There is a 5 % rebate, dibs, free snp, free legal fees on loan and in my case 3 units of air con included. My unit is 933 sq ft 2 bedrooms. However must execute spa within 14 days and pay the balance of 10%.

How much is the 881 sft unit facing pool after rebate?  hmm.gif

933 sft facing pool after rebate 350k ..  acceptable if compared to 3elements? hmm.gif

I think this is the block A we are talking about right?
*
Yes only block a is launched today. Too many people so didnt check price of 881sq ft. But units facing pool and corner units going fast. In fact initially plan to get 881 sq ft unit.

Which one is more expensive? 3 element or ZEVA?
*
On psf basis, 3 element more expensive. For block b, zevz after 5% rebate is around 380 psf, 3 elements is more than 400 psf

booked block A ,364k facing equine park...facing swimming pool additional 10k...block A price hike up extra 30k ++ than block B.....8/9th floor above for 881sqt aly starting at around 390k..

I am the last customer there...thanks to the SA there who allow me to go in last minutes and I manage to get my first home smile.gif

for facing pool unit in block A, left top floor ..if not remember 8th floor above..bottom left 2 units at 3rd floor..
most of the facing pool unit has been sold off..facing equine park still got around 40% left...

important note: showroom open at 10am sharp but be there as early as possible..recommended by SA is b4 9.30am ...
*
I arrived at 9am but my number already 18. Luckily still manage to book corner lot facing swimming pool in block b.
