From today Star paper,  Zeva can now register for preview. The price studio unit from RM188k to 320k and serviced apartment RM298k onwards. What do all the tai kos think about this project? This is cheaper than flexis@one south and location seems better than 360 which is in sri serdang. Good buy or not?
*
Maybe they want to take down 3 elements if based on the pricing..

Yesterday visited their sales office, the studio not yet to be launch. Service Apartment with 881 Sqt is RM400/Sqf. about 352400. maintenance would be 0.30 per sqt.
the price is higher as stated in paper last month. haiz

May I know can I apply house loan with 2 or 3 bank in parallel? The purpose I am doing this is to see which bank can approve my loan and I do not want to waste any time if Bank A reject after 3 to 4 days waiting and then reapply with Bank B and wait..how can I ensure my loan application will be approved?
*
you have to do that to secure best rate loan... As long as no repeat in the same bank is fine...

Jerry bro, look like you very panic...Hehe

Take it relaz.. get the bankers contact, contact them 1 by 1 and arrange meet up.. They will tell you what documents need to prepare. most important, they have to explain their package to u... You have to compare with other banks ya...

By the way: you need latest 3 month pay slip, 6 month if you commission based, epf statement, latest 3 month bank statement, photocopy IC, booking form and degree / master certificate ( if you got).....

Correct me if wrong.. nod.gif

I would said different bank different package... but heard that Allia*ce and O*BC bank easier to get loan approved... Not sure hw true...

Not really, few months ago ALB rejected my loan app  shakehead.gif  but CTB approved it  thumbup.gif by recognizing the Rental Proceed of one of my DSL which has no rental agreement bcoz I rent it to a relative. I just use S&P and my Current Account Statement as proof that the tenant bank in for me every month
*
mmhhh...thats y different bank different R&R.. sometime depends your luck as well.. if good PO handle your case.. you may pass thru it also...provided your qualification just pass the guideline... If one financial background strong enough..no worries at all...

mmhh...im wondering why you keep feeling negative on this property?

Everyone have their own option and if they choose the property, means they are comfort and happy to go with...

We should feel happy that ppl get their prefer property but not keep sending negative message to them...

Cheers ~~ smile.gif

Nope~totally diff. Cash purchase not a good finance method.

Furthermore, bank won't so ridiculous instruct u dump in 300 FD to secure their risk. Haha

Added on July 11, 2012, 7:01 pm
Senooi bro~If really UOB did that possible too, I believe u must be taking the loan more than 2M...Lolz
*
LOL, you are wrong la.. Im not that standard... Due to the loan is commercial loan which 80% only.. That ask possible to get 85% on commercial? then thats the answer what i got..so, Ignore it lo... smile.gif Maybe that banker was joking to me la...
