I checked the the manager of Trinity today and he confirmed the following panels as of this morning:
1) Ambank
2) Al-rajhi
3) HLB
4) OCBC
5) UOB
ps: other banks such as Alliance are not confirmed for the panel yet.

Yes, I called Trinity and was told the same thing. But on launching on Sat, alliance bank was there too. Which banks offer the best package. Can anyone confirm that if we use the same panel lawyer for S & P to prepare the loan agreements as well, then the legal fees for loan will be absorbed by Trinity as well. This was told to me over the phone and I hope someone can confirm this.

by giving 14 days to sign s&p doesn't make sense, what if the bank don't come back by that time ? do you want to sign ?

Hi Jacob,

Would you kind enough to PM me the contact for the banks except Alliance Bank? icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

I only applied Hong Leong and Alliance and surprised to see that they are not in panel banks.
I am more surprised to learn that panel banks are not finalized

Thanks and Cheers

i think the 14 days duration is quite ridiculous considering they have not finalised their panel banks. they should allow longer buffer for buyers to arrange the financing before proceed to SPA

Yes, that was what Trinity told me too.  According to Alliance, they are sorting out the panel issue. I don't know about MBB as I am not considering it.

I have called the SA from Maybank. She confirmed to me that Maybank is also the approved panels.
Maybe the sales people was not updated yet with the latest info.

any daikor can advise we should apply loan with max tenure or min tenure..?
Eg got 2 options: 1 is 30 years, another is 40 years. the gap of monthly instalment between 2 options only RM200++, which is affordable.. if loan 40 years we need pay more interests.
How you think if I may sell the house after few years? I should take min tenure years or max?
thanks..

tenure not that important if u take flexi loan...
if conventional then definitely get shorter tenure...

but my advice is to take flexi loan icon_rolleyes.gif
