QUOTE(Hundredquestion @ Jun 19 2012, 08:18 AM) on that launching day, all SA at least got 20-30 booking per person. wondering how much of commision they receive for each sale? Some SA is not really doing sales. The SA that serving me is a civil engineer..

Did an in-depth study of the area. No doubt, Zeva is situated in an excellent investment grade area which falls into the Bukit Jalil-Puchong-Seri Kembangan exponetial growth zone.
Unless for own stay, why would someone invest in Zeva (circa RM400 psf) vs. The Zest (circa RM420 psf) - and both are by the same developer, similar concept & the latter is freehold, brand new & ready to move-in?
No, I'm not against Zeva which I'm looking into a unit for children statying! In any case, Zeva is a good investment for own stay. But for newly married couples or about to get married, my recommnedation is to go for The Zest.

I think the people go for new development is because of low entry cost and the price is priced after 3 years. For Zest, you need to spend 60k including the lawyer fee and stamp duty to buy it. Please correct me if I were wrong.

If Alliance bank is not their panel yet, why the bankers were at the launch? Besides, a SA told me that Alliance bank is their panel and that is why you can see their name card at the reception table...

According to Alliance, they are sorting out the panel issue. I don't know about MBB as I am not considering it.

any daikor can advise we should apply loan with max tenure or min tenure..? Eg got 2 options: 1 is 30 years, another is 40 years. the gap of monthly instalment between 2 options only RM200++, which is affordable.. if loan 40 years we need pay more interests. How you think if I may sell the house after few years? I should take min tenure years or max? thanks..
