According to SA, currently launching Block B to Business Associates. Whatever is unsold during this special preview, will be opened to public together with Block A & Block C (Studio) on this Saturday. However, as of now, many registrants of Zeva have not received any notification, so not sure how true it is. Whoever stay near Zeva can pay a visit this Sat?

Package offers: 2% early bird discount + DIBS + Free Legal S&P + Aircond(s) (depending number of rooms)

Trinity has submitted the renewal of leasehold period to the authourity and currently pending for result.

There are still many student staying in Equine due to food availability and Jusco. LKW university has their own hostel but it is not in cyberjaya but along a back road towards puchong and the hostel place is not convenient at all.
There is potential for Equine area to grow, I have been staying there for quite some time and move house frequently..many development is pouring into Equine park and more and more ppl here..

Soon LKW students can stay at The Place by MCT which is just behind LKW University. Perfect investment for those who managed to get a unit there...

Near the Domain apartment there already got 2 non halal restaurants. One is Teochew Porridge and another one is Soo BKT (not sure still exist?).

881 sq ft is selling less than 400K for sure...Each floor higher will cost additional RM1K and unit facing pool is cost additional RM10K

Earlier they mentioned 3pm will launch Block A, but till 3.30pm still no news...Perhaps they drag it till tomorrow?

According to one SA, Studio will not launch so soon as they are still finalising the package either provide a empty unit or fully reno (including kitchen cabinet, plaster ceiling, fridge, machine wachine, stove, bed, aircond...etc exclude accessories), basically as what you see in the show unit...

I was there last Sat i and talked to one of Alliance bank officer, he mentioned DIBS and rate up to -2.4%...So far I found out Alliance bank offering the best package...Ambank the worst, the offering is like "take it or leave it"...

Are you sure about Alliance Bank? I was told by the banker that they are panel and offering DIBS but legal fees & stamping cost can't include into loan. I also got to know that only certain branch of a particular bank is consider as panel and not nationwide.

Btw which Alliance banker you deal with?
