Anyone got the discount rebate from Lawyer firm already? I still didnt receive the $$ rebate..

i got the quotation from them..
the price they quote said is already discount 30% by default blink.gif
anyway they really discount or not i also dunno..
they say got then got loh.. blink.gif

This is the formula that you can calculate yourself, but on top you need to pay miscellaneous fees & stamp duty wink.gif

Lawyer - S&P: %
First 150K 1.00
Subsequent up to 1M 0.70
Subsequent up to 3M 0.60
Subsequent up to 5M 0.50
Subsequent up to 7.5M 0.40


Lawyer - Loan Agreement: %
First 150K 1.00

30% is default geh...
Then on top of tat they gv another 20% i think on legal fees
but not much la...300++ oni...

The rebate is based on solicitors remuneration order 2005 / 2006.

70% of the scale fee if excess of rm100k but not more than rm500k

haha, i already opted for refund, am waiting for the cheque from them but they said need 2-3 months, its been 2 months ive waited. SA said need nx level management to endorse cheque la blablalba bunch of rubbish..

LCL01 is right, need 2 rejection letter from bank smile.gif withdraw coz of the distance to KL... hahaha.. mine is 900 sqft one if not mistaken smile.gif
