Pity la ace77, tried to share photos here and there (skypod) but kena cucuk left and right. Well, but agreed that the info need to be accurate, else will mislead the readers. Cheers, keep up the good work (sharing of photos) though.

IF there is MEX Highway interchange, the landed property price there also boost up. Currently the landed 18' x 60' only cost RM300K, very cheap it is a better option to buy studio?

You will need offer letter, the copy of SPA that stamped "Original" and photostat copy of both of them, the photostat copy of SPA will need to do binding with hardcover. Additional, you will need to download and print out the application form from kwsp website and photostat your IC.

Should I contact my SA to get the Original copy??

How long will it take to get the money??
Will they bank in straight or will they pay by cheque??

You can try to contact your lawyer. It will take around 21 days for the payment release. Either direct bank in to your account or cheque, your choice. Photostat your bank book too if you wish for direct bank in.
