i accept the mistake of putting Soho instead of studio (thus corrected) and the photos are REAL.

But then being put the result of inducing into making wrong decision, quite serious lah....

How much is the suites/ service apt ?

Standard SPA by HDA between developer and purchaser. Schedule H for non-landed and schedule G for landed.

IF there is MEX Highway interchange, the landed property price there also boost up. Currently the landed 18' x 60' only cost RM300K, very cheap it is a better option to buy studio?

Can I know the taman name for 18 x 60?.

You will need offer letter, the copy of SPA that stamped "Original" and photostat copy of both of them, the photostat copy of SPA will need to do binding with hardcover. Additional, you will need to download and print out the application form from kwsp website and photostat your IC.

My copy of SPA is only the Triplicate copy
Should I contact my SA to get the Original copy??

How long will it take to get the money??
Will they bank in straight or will they pay by cheque??

You can try to contact your lawyer. It will take around 21 days for the payment release. Either direct bank in to your account or cheque, your choice. Photostat your bank book too if you wish for direct bank in.
