Looking forward for this project, do we normally become the first to know about the launching date once registered at their website? Wonder will it 'habis sapu' by those investors at the first day.

QUOTE(Soventol @ Jun 16 2012, 06:01 PM) So no price increase as compared to Block B? Package the same? For Block A, price increase by nearly 20k, compare to the price of the Block B right wing

QUOTE(SKfolk @ Jun 16 2012, 09:47 PM) U guys buy for own stay or invest? My first house, own stay..... Cause can't really afford those 500k and above condo or apartment. Anyway I arrived so late around 12.30pm, nearly finish 'sapu' by ppl. But still manage to book 1 at block B, price was little high I think, at 416 before 5% discount for 1021 sf. But since for own stay, should be okay gua...... Hopefully still a good buy!

QUOTE(SKfolk @ Jun 16 2012, 11:36 PM) I wonder how many units had been taken by their business associate before the launching. Heard from the SA, Trinity insiders only eligible for 1unit each and not for their immediate relative. And most of the senior definitely took 1.

QUOTE(Soventol @ Jun 18 2012, 06:02 PM) Al-Rahji is using BFR - 2.xx% and their rate is higher than other local banks. Added on June 18, 2012, 6:10 pmI was there last Sat i and talked to one of Alliance bank officer, he mentioned DIBS and rate up to -2.4%...So far I found out Alliance bank offering the best package...Ambank the worst, the offering is like "take it or leave it"... Can PM me the Alliance banker contact. Wanna compare 1-2 bank offer rates. Tq

QUOTE(Covillea @ Jun 19 2012, 11:06 AM) Did an in-depth study of the area. No doubt, Zeva is situated in an excellent investment grade area which falls into the Bukit Jalil-Puchong-Seri Kembangan exponetial growth zone. Unless for own stay, why would someone invest in Zeva (circa RM400 psf) vs. The Zest (circa RM420 psf) - and both are by the same developer, similar concept & the latter is freehold, brand new & ready to move-in? No, I'm not against Zeva which I'm looking into a unit for children statying! In any case, Zeva is a good investment for own stay. But for newly married couples or about to get married, my recommnedation is to go for The Zest. Looking at the amenities around this area, Jusco, Giant, school, shop houses, and the coming highway connection,i think this place investment value is predictable as the current price psf still below 400. The zest indeed is a very good option and freehold tittle but current entry price was not that easy either!

QUOTE(stevenys @ Jun 19 2012, 06:04 PM) The 472,888 is not yet discount 5%. After discount is 449,244 -> 1308 (RM343) Can i say the bigger size is cheaper ? which is below RM350 psf... For ZEVA, Block B is the best buy as it is considered as first phase, however Block A still a good buy, although price increase by 20-30k compare to Block B. I came across an unit at Block A selling at 424888 (before 5% discount) 1021 sf. Discounted price was 403643.60 (about 396psf). It is still below 400 psf. Heard from Realtor as today it is very difficult to get rental tally with your monthly installment. (except you are paying more on d/p). Few years down the road, with the reduction of your mortgage , u may get the rental tally.

Front and back car park lot, hmmmmm.... Not so practical. But I think nowadays most of the condos and apartments are using this kind of allocation.
