Only zeva got studio unit. Others all big unit. 3e one sofo cant used for residential purposes. Zeva will win in long run.

Get news from the sales person at show unit, says that will be a cinema there, although that is MBO, is that a superiority for invest?
I compare both project, and honestly i like Zeva for only the design.

Or any other project suggest?

Haha... Thanks brother LCL01...
For me i will decide to choose 3e but not Zeva.
Honestly, like Zeva much more than 3e.
But i heard from the sales person from both side, its 3e give me more confidence compare to Zeva.
1. That is a cinema
2. lim kok weng has sign contract with the apartment beside 3e, but just provide 6 months free.(after 6 months they might move to other place)
3. for student, that is a hyper market Giant beside 3e, compare with jusco its cheaper(Student would go for low cost)
4. Up to 3 rooms for a unit, i can divide to 3 and rent it out(sometimes can get higher rental fees)
5.Price psf is almost the same (cheaper for bigger unit)

3e is sofo, loan 80% only, electric bill follow conventional charge, maintenance fee 0.30 psf, can't withdraw kwsp for it and reputation not as good as I heard. Zeva parking is front n back, down payment high, didn't cover bank legal fee and you need 3 bank reject your loan only u can take b ur deposit. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Got email and sms from them. Does it mean previously the studio unit did not come fully furnished?

New promotion?

Hmm, with such low price should have almost fully sold by now. Probably studio is not the best welcome unit in this Equine enclave.

Hopefully it faster sold and eagerly to wait for their next project in USJ.

Same question here, previously not fully furnished? What is the price difference for non-furnished and fully furnished?

Could be the leasehold and studio factor. And yhere are many alternatives around. If it was freehold i believe it should be long gone by now.

Got such thing? They are so desperate to sell the left over units? This sure will make those early buyers rage.

after 3 years, should be 1200-1300 but subject to the quality of the building. anyway, regarding the street mall that going to be built infront of jusco, how true is the news?
*
If rental can get RM1,300 say less Rm150 maintenance then times 12 and divide by investment of RM230,000 then yield is 6%, not bad, right?

Yeah that is really something very disappointing. It seems like 'early bird always catches the worms' does not apply in this project. sad.gif I think you should talk to the developer and find out how much is the furnishing costs. 18K to get the entire unit furnished seems to be cheap.
