Lesser price in absolute value terms, and poorer take up rate ...
1) pple this part of town dont heng studios? But how does this explain Elements? Easier entry point?
2) most buyers are for own stay? Studios not practical ....

Hope it's the latter, then won't be goreng so much !! rclxm9.gif

SK folks dont prefer smallish unit. Older generation much like at least 1000sft and above.

many went over to the zest to view the rm420 psf unit after they view zeva.

there're full-time agents helping potential purchasers with a choice. the zest got lrt somemore.

but i've full confidence in zeva in the long-run.

At RM500 psf, what is the upside? Any potential booster ahead? Will the connection to MEX highway boost the price. Any taiko purchased this studio. Pls enlighten. Thank you

Zeva Studio is under residential title (Schedule H) and the same applied to all apartment.

The Studio got 2 saiz : 450 and 462.

462 sf is the best design

Having Schedule H will not change Zeva into Residential Title, but for residential purpose, it just merely protecting buyers under HDA act.. your quit rent and assessment will still fall under commercial..
