3e is sofo,loan 80% only,electric bill follow conventional charge, maintenance fee 0.30 psf,can't withdraw kwsp for it and reputation not as good as I heard. Zeva parking is front n back,down payment high, didn't cover bank legal fee and you need 3 bank reject your loan only u can take b ur deposit. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If like this every month increase rm100 what the DIBS for  1st time buy house,correct me if im wrong ><" |
