Ya... I heard MBSB also available... although higher interest, it will be good for investor who have more than 2 properties... Any way we don't have to pay interest during construction and still can obtain 90% loan... can think about it... rclxms.gif

According to SA.. price has been increased to RM420K for 933 sqft units. Of course he could say what he wants.

Bro, actually u cannot blame the bank for being slow... if your credit standing is good and strong, within 7 working days the bank will come back with the letter of offer for you to sign dy...

As a part time mortage consultant normally if you have not so good credit then the bank will take longger time to do additional checking on you... if u see the time taken is too long, then if can get approved also god bless dy...
